This tour tells you all about the history of our cavas and wines. Starting in the vineyard you then tour the winemaking facilities and the cellars where the wines age in bottle. The visit ends with a tutored tasting of 3 of our best cavas.

Come and see the Espacio Chocolate Simón Coll and learn all about the fascinating world of chocolate.
An impressive audio-visual presentation with spectacular, innovative images provides an experiential insight into the origins, culture and history of Simón Coll chocolate and how it is made.

If you are here in July or August, why not visit the cellars in the evening light. You will see the vineyards at their most splendid and fall in love with them, a glass of cava in your hand and watching the sun go down.

In September, during the harvest, we organise traditional sessions where the grapes are trodden by foot. This is a fun activity that all ages can take part in and is rounded off with a tour of the vineyards and the cellars.

Enjoy a challenging bicycle ride through the vineyards of Penedès accompanied by a local guide who will explain how grapes are grown, the growing cycle, phylloxera, organic growing…afterwards, visit the cellars and finish with a refreshing tasting.
